Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic Medicine is the science and practice of diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with acute and chronic conditions, while addressing disease and dysfunction at the level of body, mind and spirit. It focuses on the root cause and distinctiveness of each individual. Naturopathic doctors are trained as primary healthcare providers with the completion of a 4 year rigorous post-graduate program from an accredited naturopathic medical institution, alongside standardized licensing exams and continued education. The profession certifies clinical experience in biomedical sciences, clinical medicine, clinical nutrition, Traditional Asian Medicine, acupuncture, botanical medicine, physical medicine, physical exams, and lab testing & analysis.
Naturopathic Doctors can help with conditions relating to:
- Arthritis & pain
- Skin concerns
- Digestive complaints; constipation, upset stomach, bloating, etc.
- Headaches
- Fatigue
- Allergies
- Chronic conditions; thyroid, diabetes, PCOS, hypertension

Private Health Care & General Family Practice
Nurse practitioners independently, and in collaboration with health care professionals, provide health care services for all ages and across the health spectrum (e.g., primary care, acute care and long-term care).
They are authorized to diagnose, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medication and other treatment.
In Ontario, nurse practitioners are authorized to:
- Complete a comprehensive health history and assessment;
- Formulate and communicate a diagnosis, taking a differential diagnosis into consideration
- Prescribe all medications including controlled drugs and substances;
- Refer to specialists
- Dispense, sell, and compound medications
- Set and cast fractures and dislocated joints
- Order, draw and interpret all laboratory tests
- Admit, treat and discharge patients from hospitals
- Order some diagnostic imaging tests (CNO, 2016)
Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic is a patient-centred, non-invasive, hands-on, regulated health care profession focused on the spine, muscles, joints and nervous system. Chiropractors use the best available evidence and clinical expertise to diagnose issues that affect your body's movement. They treat them without medication or surgery and prevent them from returning. Chiropractic care can also promote health and improve your quality of life, as well as alleviate pain.
Common treatments include:
- Manual, ‘hands-on’ therapy including mobilizations and adjustments
- Soft tissue therapy
- Customized, therapeutic exercise programs
- Advice and education
- Acupuncture
- Cupping
Registered Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is the assessment and manipulation of joints and soft tissue in our bodies. Soft tissues include muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, nerves, blood vessels and synovial membranes. It is used to treat and prevent pain and dysfunction using both direct and indirect techniques.
These techniques can range from stretching muscle tissue, to joint mobilizations, from myofascial release to trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage and much more! Using a variety of modalities and techniques, massage therapy can be incorporated into your health care routine as it can be used to relieve, develop, maintain and/or augment physical function. (Massage Therapy Act, 1991).
Generally, most people can be treated by massage therapy. Because massage therapy is a regulated health profession, all RMT’s are trained to first assess the condition, determine a treatment and then modify based on an individuals presenting conditions to ensure safety and efficacy. RMT's can work in conjunction with your other healthcare professionals.

Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy, or physical therapy, is a healthcare profession focused on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating physical conditions and injuries. It aims to improve movement, functionality, and well-being using various techniques and exercises. Treatment may include manual therapy, exercises, and other modalities. Physiotherapy is sought for sports injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical rehab, and more, with an emphasis on prevention and overall health.
Traditional Chinese Medicine
Traditional Chinese Medicine can help with Psycho-Emotional Dysregulations (anxiety, depression, fear, ADHD), Gut Health (IBS, food sensitivities/allergies, chronic fatigue), Pain (acute and chronic), Tinnitus/Vertigo, Post-stroke Rehabilitation, Stress Management, and Sleep disorders. Her treatments can be a combination of acupuncture (TCM, scalp, electro), cupping, gua sha, tuina, shiatsu, Chinese nutrition, life coaching, and Reiki.

IV Vitamin Drip Therapy
**Please note for any new patients interested in IV treatment, an Initial IV Assessment with your ND is required.**
IVs a can help with rehydration, energy, detoxication, immune health, memory and more! When nutrients are given through IV, the digestion is bypassed and nutrients are directly absorbed into our cells.
Energy injections - We offer high dose, bioavailable Vitamin B12 injections to help with adrenal support, Anemia, energy, hormones, nutrients and much more!

Pelvic Floor Therapy
Pelvic Floor Therapy is great for both non-pregnancy and pregnancy (pregnancy pain, muscles and labour, postpartum care) concern. Both male and female!
A person may be referred to pelvic floor physical therapy to treat incontinence, difficulty with urination or bowel movements, constipation, chronic pelvic pain, hip/low back pain and painful intercourse.
Pelvic floor physical therapy involves the pelvic floor muscle group, which is responsible for a variety of functions. These muscles support the pelvic organs, assist in bowel and bladder control, and contribute to sexual arousal and orgasm.
