Jaqueline often work with clients through a multiculturally-sensitive lens, who feel anxious about their health, depressed, overwhelmed, in conflict, or stuck. They might feel misunderstood or unsupported in certain areas of their lives. They’re often interested in bettering their lives. I work with adolescents, adults and older adults navigating life transitions, feeling unhappy, illness and changing circumstances. Connecting back to a state of wholeness, love and clarity is my hope for our work together; and that you feel understood.

Jaqueline has an integrative style which draws upon multiple modalities for a culturally sensitive, person-centered, and 2SLGBTQ+ affirming approach to meet clients where they are. Whether it is the most pressing issue of the week, a past trauma, or just trying to figure out where they need to go from here, she is happy to be there to support you in your journey of transformation, thriving and healing.

My educational background includes a Masters of Psychospiritual Studies (formerly Pastoral Studies), Buddhist/Interfaith focus with a Certificate in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto, a Master of Early Childhood Studies with research on the barriers and accessibility to healthcare for inner city schools and a Bachelors in Psychology with a thesis project related to anxiety and self-forgiveness.
